Daily Shikaku-style logic puzzle: divide the grid into rectangles. Each number is its rectangle's area; the icon (□ square · ▭ wide · ▯ tall) sets its shape. Every cell belongs to exactly one rectangle, and every daily board has a single unique solution. Same calendar day = same puzzle for everyone.
6×6 is the default daily board. 5×5 is a gentler variant — both rotate from the same date-based seed.
The board is generated deterministically from the date — a backtracking solver verifies a unique solution before it ships, so no two players ever see different daily puzzles.
One puzzle per day: Hint shadows a correct rectangle for the player to draw, and after a win or give-up a Play again button replays the same board.
